DAPAGLYN M 1000 TABLETS is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It contains Metformin and Dapagliflozin which work by eliminating excess sugars from the body through urine and restoring the body’s response to insulin. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, and dizziness.
