DESCRIPTION: Debistal-GM1 tablet contains three drugs Glimepiride 1 mg, Pioglitazone 15 mg & Metformin as sustain release form 500 mg that act differently to provide better diabetic control. This triple drug combination is prescribed for type II diabetes in association with diet control & exercise.
SIDE EFFECTS: The main side effects are peripheral edema, low blood sugar, weight gain, headache, diarrhoea & nausea.
