DESCRIPTION: Dynacid Suspension contains a balanced mix of ingredients that are widely used as an antacid, providing quick relief from acidity, heartburn and gas. Its Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralises increased stomach acid, Dimethicone is an antiflatulent which helps in releasing the gas and Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid. It is also sugar-free and is generally well tolerated.
SIDE EFFECTS: Common side effects are nausea, constipation, diarrhea, or headache.
